Refund policy

30 days

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it. Tell us within that window and we will make it right.

Condition

The product needs to be unused and in the condition you received it, with any original packaging. Decks must not have been gripped or mounted, and we cannot take back grip tape once it has been applied.

Your choice

Store credit, an exchange, or a refund to your original payment method. Up to you.

How to start a return

Email cribbies@cribtocrib.com or call (309) 590-7588 with your order number and what you would like to do. We will confirm before you send anything back.

Return shipping

Return postage is on you, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing — in that case it is on us.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives and we have checked it, refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Things we cannot take back

Gift cards, and anything marked final sale.
